Processing & Handling Time All orders placed at Cover X are carefully processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Our team ensures quality control and secure packaging before dispatch. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships from our Pakistan facility.

Domestic Shipping Options (Pakistan)

Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days via TCS/Leopards 

Express Delivery: 1-3 business days via TCS Express 

Same Day Delivery: Available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad 

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide

Free Shipping Policy Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over PKR 5000 within Pakistan. This offer applies to all products and cannot be combined with other shipping discounts.

International Shipping We ship worldwide with delivery times of 7-21 business days depending on destination. International shipping costs calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking & Updates Track your Cover X order easily with the tracking number provided via email and SMS. Real-time updates available through our courier partners' websites and mobile apps.

Delivery Coverage Areas

Major Cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan

Secondary Cities: All divisional headquarters and district centers

Remote Areas: KPK Quota Peshawar only delivery time (5-10 business days)

Shipping Restrictions Certain products may have shipping restrictions to specific areas. Fragile items require special handling with additional packaging fees. Bulk orders over 10kg may incur additional charges.

Failed Delivery Policy If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, packages are held for 7 days. Redelivery charges apply for second delivery attempts. Unclaimed packages are returned to Cover X.

Shipping Insurance & Damage Claims All shipments are insured against loss or damage. Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace damaged items or provide full refunds for lost packages at no additional cost.
