At Cover X, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • You must raise a return/exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom or personalized items, undergarments, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect care are not accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • You notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • The item meets the unused/original packaging criteria above.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items

  • Shipping and handling charges

How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email customercare@coverx.pk or WhatsApp +92 311 1455229 with your order number, reason, and clear photos/videos (if applicable).

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 48 hours and send instructions.

  3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective/incorrect).

    • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  4. Exchange/Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange, store credit, or refund.

    • Refunds (if approved) are issued within 3–5 business days via bank transfer or your original payment method.

    • For exchanges, re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos along with your order number.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First check with your bank/payment provider.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 5 working days, contact us for assistance.
